Refund Policy

Onvextra LLC ("Onvextra") provides B2B digital services on a project basis. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Seven-day satisfaction window

If, within seven (7) days of the project kickoff date stated in your signed quote, you notify us in writing that you are not satisfied with the direction of our work, you may request a refund. We will issue a refund of the project fee less any documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, domain registration, paid software, advertising spend, government filing fees, or stock assets).

2. Delivered work is non-refundable

Once a deliverable has been completed and handed off to you (a published website, a final logo, a configured account, a deployed automation), the corresponding portion of the project fee is non-refundable. We do not refund work that has already been produced and accepted.

3. Third-party costs

Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (domain registrars, hosting providers, software subscriptions, advertising platforms, registered agents, government filings, payment processor fees) are non-refundable in all cases. Those fees are passed through and we have no ability to recover them.

4. Work in progress

For engagements where work has started but final deliverables have not been completed, refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on documented hours invested and percentage of scope completed. We aim to be fair: you will not pay for work you did not receive.

5. How to request a refund

Email founder@onvextra.com with your name, project, and the reason for your request. We will respond within three (3) business days and, where applicable, issue the refund to the original payment method through the original payment processor within ten (10) business days of approval.

Refunds are issued through the same payment processor used for the original transaction. Refund processing times may vary depending on the processor and your card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may delay resolution and limit our ability to issue a refund.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York. See our Terms of Service for full legal terms.
